What is Student Staff?
Ignite Theatre Company’s Spring Show will bring Broadway Jr.: Raise Your Voice to life through a unique student-led experience. We’re excited to create four teams within the production to embody Ignite’s SPARK philosophy, which emphasizes Real Life Experience through student leadership positions. The creative team of the production will mentor and empower student staff members to take on all aspects of the audition, creative, and execution process of theatre.
Key Details:
- Production Title: Broadway Jr.: Raise Your Voice
- Teams: We will create four teams to ensure diverse leadership opportunities for all participants.
- Cost: Participation costs are the same as traditional program’s tuition fee, $390. Scholarships can also be applied towards student staff positions.
- Student Leadership: Each team will be led by student staff members who will be mentored by the Ignite executive staff. They will have responsibilities ranging from managing auditions and rehearsals to overseeing various production tasks.
- Scholarships: Available for student staff to further support their involvement and development.
This production aims to empower our students by giving them hands-on experience in all aspects of theatre production, fostering their leadership skills, creativity, and confidence.
