Service
Ignite is committed to the spirit of service and community engagement. Each production features a dedicated service project that aligns with the show’s themes and Ignite’s mission. Our past service partners include the St. Louis Cardinals, South Grand Small Business District, Home Sweet Home, Prison Performing Arts, the International Institute, and many others.

- Student staff positions in every production, providing hands-on technical theater instruction and experience

Conscious Discipline-Based Learning: Ignite uses a Conscious Discipline approach to promote social-emotional skills like self-regulation, empathy, and conflict resolution within a supportive environment.

Mentorship Programs: Experienced cast members mentor newer performers, fostering collaboration, teamwork, and skill-sharing across productions.

IgNIGHTs Out: Ignite organizes group outings to local shows, supporting SPARKs performing outside Ignite. These trips build community and expose students to diverse performances.
