Call for Creatives 2027 Season

Ignite Theatre Company is hiring creative team members for our 2027 season, and we’d love to hear from you!
We’re looking for talented, collaborative theatre artists who care about their craft and enjoy working with young performers. At Ignite, we believe great people come first, great performers come second. We want artists who are committed to creating great theatre while helping young people grow in safe, supportive, and challenging rehearsal spaces.
We’re currently hiring for three productions in 2027:
The Wizard of Oz
101 Dalmatians KIDS
Our Senior Summer Show (to be announced 11/7)
Open positions include Stage Managers, Music Directors, Choreographers, Set Designers, Lighting Designers, and Costume Designers.
All applicants must be at least 18 years old and have experience in their area of interest. These are paid positions, with compensation based on experience and the responsibilities of the role.
